Magician-turned-time-traveller Oliver Meech takes audiences on an amazing adventure through time. It’s like ‘Back to the Future’, but live. History is altered, clocks are stopped, and there’s a daytrip to 2060AD. Along the way, future events are predicted, water floats in mid-air and sparks fly from fingertips. It’s a magic show like no other. Time waits for one man!

With his white coat and safety goggles, Oliver may resemble a mad scientist, but he’s not mental, he’s experimental. He backs up his unbelievable claims with believable proof, using cunningly concealed magical methods.

Raised on a diet of sci-fi films, Oliver has channelled his misspent youth into a show that brings the big-screen experience to the small-stage.

Oliver Meech, the b*****d love-child of Steven Hawking and Harry Houdini, studied psychology at Oxford University, creativity at a top london ad agency, and trickery at the Magic Circle. He fuses all three to produce a unique form of entertainment. His goal is to transform magic into ‘magical theatre’ by enriching it with narrative and character.

Time Warper began as part of a 3-magician show called ‘Demon-A-Tricks’. Their success at the Royal Vauxhall Tavern’s Hot August Fringe 2009, where they were selected as a Highlight and asked back in January 2010, inspired Oliver to expand his time-travel act into a full-hour long show at the Edinburgh Festival this Summer.
